About SteadyStrength

Hello and Welcome to SteadyStrength – a blog full with health and fitness advice.

My name is Adam, and I love helping others reach their fitness goals. I’m a personal trainer and a former NCAA basketball player. My goal is to make it fun and easy for you to live a healthier life.

Whether you are looking to lose weight, build muscles, get stronger, eat healthier, get better sleep at night, or simply look yourself in the mirror without getting disgusted, you are in the right place.

A lot of times people don’t know what it takes to live a healthier life. Some go about doing things the wrong way and giving up. Others buy pills or bullshit programs that never work. I’m going to provide you with useful tips that you can implement in your life RIGHT NOW to make positive changes and live better. I will educate you on how to work out properly, cook a decent meal, and consistently improve your health and well being.

I believe that small changes add up to huge results. Getting healthy and living a fit life will require some hard work and dedication, but I know that you are capable of great things if you are willing to put the time in. I can promise you that you will be happy with the results.

Why SteadyStrength

SteadyStrength started because my friend Syed asked me for some fitness advice. Using my tips, he ended up losing 30 pounds in less than 90 days. Syed runs a famous blog, and he is a total geek. He convinced me to start a blog and share my knowledge. While I come up with all the content, he handles all the technical side of things. Together, we founded SteadyStrength.

Our goal is to help you throughout your fitness journey. By using the combination of our videos, articles, and reviews, you should be able to get the results that you were looking for.

If there is anything that I can help you with or if you have any questions, then please feel free to get in touch. I have compiled a list of Frequently Asked Questions, and I’m always adding more.
