Hey, since this is your first time on SteadyStrength, I want to welcome you to the site. SteadyStrength started when my friend Syed Balkhi asked me for some fitness advice, and I helped him reach one of his fitness goals by losing 30 pounds in less than 90 days.
After that it was pretty clear that we had to create a site about it. We decided to create SteadyStrength in order to educate others in a very practical way, so that you too can have success in your health and fitness endeavors.
First let me guide you through the site and show you where to start. If you are not familiar with many fitness terms, then you definitely want to check out our glossary section. This is the A-Z guide of all the terminology that you will ever need to know to familiarize yourself with the fitness lingo.
