1 – Squash Spaghetti

The texture of squash is stringy, similar to actual spaghetti. All you have to do is cut the squash open and scoop out the inside. Break up the fibers evenly and you will have yourself some real veggie spaghetti.

You can eat it completely normally. Put some lean chicken or ground beef on top with some marinara sauce. The result will be a lower calorie pasta with much more nutritional value.
