I have a passion for health and fitness but I can assure you I am very ignorant about building space ships. It’s not a bad thing. It just means I don’t know much about it. Don’t go running to the gym and start trying to throw dumb bells around and lifting a whole stack of weights. Don’t try to run a marathon on your first day. Your body will be in shock when you change something. Some signs of this are soreness, tiredness at the end of the day, etc. That is why you have to ease into it in order to acclimate your body to the change and reduce the amount of shock.
