The kettlebell is a free weight that can be found in almost all gyms. Typically commercial gyms like LA Fitness or Lifestyles will only have lighter kettlebells. This tool is popular in Crossfit workouts. You can find a whole range of sizes in those gyms, up to 70 lbs or more. If you have a home gym it is a perfect tool to have available because it is relatively small, moveable, and it can be used in multiple different exercises. Kettlebells can be used to gain strength and endurance.
They can be held with either one or two hands. Some exercises that you can perform with this equipment are front squats, kettlebell swings, Turkish getup, and upright rows, just to name a few.
