Overtraining is a series of symptoms that your body will show when you are physically stressing your body too much. It can be hard to tell when overtraining is occurring. Just because you are sore and tired does not mean you are overtraining. Those are typical symptoms that you will feel as your body adapts to training.
Overtraining symptoms can be very serious. Here are some of the symptoms:

- Increased susceptibility to infections
- Increased incidence of injuries
