What is: Exercise


Physical and/or mental exertion that increases the overall health of the body is called exercise. It comes in all forms. The most common way to think about exercise is through sports and weight training. Other forms of exercise can come through meditation, shoveling a snowy drive way, gardening, or even pushing a lawn mower.
