The body’s level of physical condition which is effected by exercise and nutrition is its fitness level. Having a high level of fitness means that your body is efficient at distributing oxygenated blood to muscle tissue during increased levels of physical activity. Fitness level is dictated  by the exercise that you do and and nutrition that you feed your body with.
