What is: Flexibility


The range of motion, or how many degrees a joint can move is called flexibility. A high range of motion is good for physical performance and injury prevention. It can be improved by stretching on a consistent basis. Dynamic stretching should be done before physical activity, and static stretching should be done after while your muscles are warm to increase flexibility.
