Kickboxing is an aerobic style of training that utilizes movements of martial arts. It is an effective way to cross-train while adding cardio to your workout. In addition to the cardio, it trains explosive movements movements in the chest, shoulders, and legs with the punching and kicking. The accuracy of the punches and kicks train hand-eye coordination and reaction time for mental fitness.
