What is: Plyometrics


Plyometrics are exercises that are done explosively. Jumping, quick footwork drills, plyometric pushups, etc, all involve the muscles contracting as quickly and powerfully as possible. The goal in these exercises is to be touching the ground for the shortest amount of time possible in order to develop speed and power.
