Yoga burns slightly over 300 calories and provides other benefits like balance, core strength, and flexibility. This one is a no brainer if you ask me.

This comparison is probably the closest one so far. Both activities can burn around 500 calories in an hour.

Beach volleyball wins out in this comparison because it is a much more dynamic sport. Playing an intense game of beach volleyball with test your hand-eye coordination.

Also, moving around in the sand will strengthen the small muscles in your feet, ankles, and hips that you normally don’t pay attention to.
